Dumpster Pad Cleaning
Pressure washing and degreasing the dumpster enclosure pad, surrounding concrete, and drainage area. Heavy grease, food waste, and odor buildup removed. One of the most neglected areas on any commercial property.
Asphalt Crack Sealing
Hot- or cold-pour crack filler applied to pavement cracks before they become potholes. Extends lot life by years and is the natural upsell before any striping job. Prevents water infiltration and freeze-thaw damage.
